Taylor Hale is the next host for Big Brother's Jury Roundtable! Here's why it works

When Dr. Will Kirby announced that he would be stepping away as host for Big Brother's Jury Roundtable, longtime fans of the CBS reality TV series were gutted by the news since it was Dr. Will who has been hosting the Roundtable since Day 1.

Nevertheless, all good things come to an end, and though it's sad to see Dr. Will go, fans can't help but wait to see who will be announced as the next host.

Well, it looks like the wait is finally over!

Taylor Hale is our new Jury Roundtable host

As revealed by Parade, Taylor Hale, the winner of season 24, is our new host for the Jury Roundtable!

The cast of season 26 was super excited to see Taylor, as they are considered a Big Brother legend. Although some of the cast may have been disappointed to not see Dr. Will, it is apparent that they warmed up very well to the former houseguest.

In addition to the season 26 houseguests, the majority of the Big Brother fandom is more than happy to hear that this graceful yet powerful houseguest is back and better than ever.

"WE WON SO HARD," one comment read, while another held the same sentiments, stating, "Look at us getting nice things."

Another comment expressing gratitude towards this new announcement was from a familiar face from Taylor's season---none other than Joseph Adbin, Taylor's best friend during season 24 as well as her "shield".

"EAR TO MF EAR - AGAIN," Joseph expressed on Twitter. "WELL-EARNED & SO PROUD OF YOU!!"

Why Taylor Hale fits as Dr. Will Kirby's replacement

Although there are a few comments that don't think Taylor Hale is the best choice, we think that she is more than qualified to replace Dr. Will Kirby. Sure, she never had experience as a Jury Member, but, in this case, never being a Jury member isn't really the best criterion for this Jury Roundtable host seeing that Taylor won her season and was a runner-up on Big Brother: Reindeer Games.

Simply put, no one knows strategy and how to last very long in modern-day Big Brother other than Taylor Hale.

We agree that legends like Danielle Reyes and Dan Gheesling would've been nice to see, too. After all, these are houseguests who know strategy like the back of their hands. Even so, discounting Taylor's knowledge of how to navigate the game no matter what is thrown in her direction is grossly unfair and is a clear testament to those who may not remember what Taylor went through.

From being unjustly stacked against for reasons out of her control to climbing to the top of the game through competition wins and alliances, Taylor is the definition of a trailblazer and knows how to stay ahead of the game even when the going gets tough. For this reason (and many, many more), we are more than happy to welcome her as the new Big Brother Jury Roundtable Host.

We can't wait to see what hard-hitting questions Taylor will ask the Jury in future seasons. For now, we're more than happy that her inaugural Jury Roundtable kicked off with a season as iconic as season 26!
