Big Brother is a show that can bring new friendships, alliances, and opportunities outside the game. The show also comes with the unknown, as in showmances. Those happen every season and may last an episode, a season, or could turn into a real-life romance that turns into a marriage. That has happened six times during the show history and some of those couples have appeared on other reality shows.

Swaggy C and Bayleigh Dayton (season 20)

Swaggy C and Bayleigh Dayton came into the house not knowing each other but it did not take matter as they started noticing one another rather quickly. They would have some time to get to know each other before Swaggy C was voted out 23 days in. That did not faze them, as Swaggy C would propose at the season finale. In January 2020, they posted a video on YouTube announcing they had been married for one year. They have since had two kids, daughter Alora in August 2020, and son Christopher Jordan Williams II in January 2023.

Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson (season 19)

Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson kicked off season 19 by catching the eye of one another on day one. This would secretly continue throughout the season and after the season was over. After Cody was voted as America's Favorite Houseguest, the two competed in The Amazing Race in season 30. The couple married in October 2018 and have four daughters. Maverick (March 2019), Carter (October 2020), Atlas Ruby (July 2022), and Gemma (December 2023) have all made Cody and Jessica's lives complete.

Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo (season 18)

This couple did not start the season in a showmance with each other like some of the Big Brother couples do. Nicole had a showmance with Corey Brooks during the season and did not start dating Victor until after the completion of season 18. He and Nicole would get engaged in a special appearance on season 20 of the show, which aired on September 18. They would become one in March of 2021 and their son, Arrow, was born four months later.

Daniele Donato and Dominic Briones (season 13)

Daniele Donato and Dominic Briones fell in love during Daniele's second season on Big Brother. They started out as best friends but eventually got married in 2013. They have two daughters, Tennessee (2018), and Lux (2021). Donato is the daughter of the famous, yet controversial houseguest, "Evil Dick" Donato.

Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly (season 12)

Arguably the most famous showmance to come out of Big Brother, they are known collectively as Brenchel. When they met on the show they were complete opposites. They would return in season 13 with Rachel winning $500,000. The couple would also compete in The Amazing Race in seasons 20 and 24. They would tie the knot in 2012, and welcome their daughter Adora in 2015, and son, Adler in 2020.

Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd (season 11)

Maybe the most beloved couple in the history of Big Brother, Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd have a way of making people laugh regularly. Jordan would win season 11 and Jeff would win America's Favorite Houseguest that same season. Both would return for Big Brother season 13 and also competed in The Amazing Race season 16. They have two sons, Lawson and Layton.

Big Brother can bring out the best, and worst in people. While inside the house can be chaotic and filled with drama, there are those rare occasions when players meet the love of their life. This proves that showmances are not all for television, there may be something there.
