Big Brother Canada 8: The Awards Continue

Big Brother Canada came to a pre-mature end recently due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) Pandemic. With the show over, we decided to give out some awards for the season.

Recently, Big Brother Canada came to a pre-mature end due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) Pandemic. Normally at the end of the season, there is an awards episode. During this episode, they give out awards for things such as “Best Moment” or “Best Meltdown” and give the fans the opportunity to weigh in on their favorite in each category. Since that is not happening this year, we decided to continue the tradition and give out our own awards.

We will have categories that are both serious and funny in nature. The next award we will give out is “Best Eviction Interview.” The eviction interviews take place on Fridays after someone has been evicted from the house. This is the time where the evicted houseguest reflects on their time in the game.

The award goes to:

Micheal Stubley. Okay, so I admit Micheal wins this award because he was the only person I got to do an eviction interview with. Due to Nico Vera quitting, Jamar Lee and Kyle Rozendal being expelled from the game, and Big Brother Canada 8 ending early amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, we never got the opportunity to interview any of the other houseguests unfortunately.

In my interview with Micheal, I found him really easy to talk to. He held nothing back, which is great and you could fill up word count easy with how he spoke at length regarding whatever question you asked of him. I can only imagine how entertaining some of the other interviews would have gotten down the line if they had taken place.
