With 21 seasons and 3 spin off version of Big Brother in the books, we decided to take a look back at Big Brother history. Now, we’ve decided to take a look back at the 3 seasons you need to rewatch. This will include the Celebrity and Over the Top version of the show.

To qualify for this list, this has to be a top-notch season of Big Brother. It doesn’t matter why it is top notch, it just has to be top notch. One that people still talk about to this day as one of the greatest seasons of all time. No. 3 is Big Brother 20.

No. 3: Big Brother 20

Big Brother 20 set the standard for what a great season looks like in the modern game. The show had coming off a couple of abysmal summer seasons and was in need of something to redeem it. Then came BB20.

Tyler Crispen became one of the most popular players the show has seen since Jeff Schroeder between his gameplay and his demeanor. Tyler was able to masterfully control the game from start to finish. Later on he found himself in a showmance with fellow housemate Angela Rummans.

Despite Tyler’s near total dominance of the game, it was actually a good side vs. side season. There were two sides to the house and everyone knew where they stood and actively made moves to try and better their position in the game. This isn’t something you see much these days and it was refreshing to watch. The only real problem was the ineptitude of the FOUTTE side, which became almost comical to watch.

In addition to the gameplay, you also had several breakout characters such as JC Monduix and Brett Robinson. It is always refreshing to see a great blend of gameplay and characters as you need those moments to take away from the intensity of the gameplay sometimes.
