In light of Celebrity Big Brother being left off CBS’ schedule, we thought we would take a trip down memory lane. We are going to be ranking all Celebrity Big Brother houseguests from 23 to 1. Today we will take a look at No. 3: Ricky Williams.

When CBS released their midseason schedule, there was a notable absence from it: Celebrity Big Brother. This has led to speculation that the series has been cancelled. It really is a shame because it provided fans some entertainment in the black hole known as the Big Brother offseason. With this in mind, we decided to rank the houseguests from 23 to 1. Checking in at No. 3 on our list is Ricky Williams from Season 2.

No. 3: Ricky Williams

Ricky is known for his strong gameplay on Celebrity Big Brother 2. In fact, it was strong enough that he never had to face eviction. He was also known for his alliance with Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie.

In the first cycle, Ryan Lochte defeated Jonathan Bennett to win HOH and send Jonathan to the block. Ryan nominated Anthony Scaramucci and Tom Green for eviction alongside Jonathan after Jonathan influenced him to keep Dina Lohan safe. Ricky won the POV that week and chose not to use it.

Anthony Scaramucci left the house in a fake houseguest twist on Day 6. As a result, Kandi was named the replacement nominee and a new POV was put up for grabs. Kato Kaelin won the new POV and used it to save Tom. Joey Lawrence was nominated in his place. However, Jonathan was evicted in a 6-1 vote.

Ricky was able to stay safe in the second cycle. Here, he helped take out Ryan Lochte.

In the third cycle, Tom wanted to evict Ricky, but after nobody Lolo and Natalie wouldn’t do it, he changed his target to Joey. Joey was evicted in a 6-0 vote. Tom’s attempt to target Ricky put a huge target on his and Kato’s backs in the cycles to come.

In the 4th cycle, Ricky was safe once again. This cycle, Ricky helped Tamar Braxton to take out Kato.

In the 5th cycle, Tom won HOH. He nominated Ricky alongside Natalie for eviction. Soon, Tom realized that even Kandi didn’t want to evict Ricky. As a result, when Tom won the POV, he used to save Ricky and nominated Lolo in his place. Natalie was evicted 4-0.

Ricky remained safe in the 6th cycle. During this time, he helped take out his in-game rival, Tom to help secure his spot in the final 5.

At the final 5, Ricky won his 1st HOH of the season. He nominated Dina and Kandi for eviction, with the intention of targeting Kandi. When Lolo won the POV that cycle, she chose not to use it. When the vote came back, it was a 1-1 tie. Ricky cast his tie-breaking vote to evict Kandi.

At the final 4, Ricky won his 2nd consecutive HOH. By default, Lolo, Dina, and Tamar were nominated for eviction. Ricky chose to take Tamar to the final 2, evicting Lolo and Dina in the process. Ricky lost in the final vote, 7-0.

Ricky checks in at No. 3 because his strong gameplay kept him off the block until Day 21 (out of 29) and eventually earned him a spot in the final 2. Unfortunately, that and his strategy of stirring the pot is likely what cost him in the end.
