Season 2 Episode 7 of the show aired on Wednesday, January 30. There was a lot of ground to cover, again, as a lot of events had taken place inside the BB house.

The January 30 Celebrity Big Brother recap begins with the usual narrator coverage of what took place the previous episode. During the January 28 episode, Tom Green won the Power of Veto and used it to save Dina Lohan from the block. HOH Kato Kaelin then placed Ryan Lochte on the block next to Tamar Braxton. By a vote of 6-1, Ryan was then evicted from the game.

Joey Lawrence scrambles

Immediately after the Eviction Ceremony, Joey was shown scrambling to figure out ways to stay in the game. In a Diary Room session, he noted that he was now on an island and then Joey was shown speaking to Kato about possibly being a pawn so he could break up that side of the house. It wasn’t clear if Joey really understood how the game works (still).

New alliance?

Joey tried to put together an alliance with himself, Tamar Braxton, Kandi Burruss, and Dina Lohan. He was trying to do this in order to dethrone the rest of the house, but he was starting to make these moves far too late in the game. It also tipped off Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie that Joey was becoming a threat that might need to be dealt with. The drama went up a notch when Ricky Williams started dropping comments to the women about Joey wanting them out.

Head of Household Competition

The January 30 Celebrity Big Brother recap continues with the final nine houseguests playing a new Head of Household Competition. This one had a haunted house theme, where the celebrities had to go inside a house (in the dark) and track down hidden car keys. The first person to retrieve the keys, get outside, and start up the car would become the new HOH. If you haven’t watched this scene yet, check out the episode through the CBS All Access application, as it was a fun one.

More from Hidden Remote

The houseguests each took turns going through the Slaughter House Competition and then all of their times were revealed to let them and the audience know who had won. Tom Green was the winner, becoming the new Head of Household and keeping his foursome (Tom, Kato, Natalie, and Lolo) in a power position within the game.

Celebrity Big Brother recap: Nomination Ceremony

Tom Green had all the power and could pick two houseguests that he wanted to see on the block. He also had the option to try to backdoor someone, as it worked spectacularly well when Kato Kaelin did it to Ryan Lochte. Is this where Tom tries to make a bold move and get Ricky Williams out of the house?

After discussing several different options with his alliance members, Tom hosted the latest Nomination Ceremony. The two houseguests on the block are Joey Lawrence and Kandi Burruss.

In other news, Tamar Braxton has the Power of the Publicist. This was a power voted on by the fans. Power of the Publicist will allow the chosen houseguest to remove him or herself from being nominated at one of the next two Nomination Ceremonies or Veto Meetings. Tamar did not use the power yet.

Next. Updated BB Celeb Schedule Of Episodes. dark

That officially brings an end to the January 30 Celebrity Big Brother recap. Episode 7 was a good one, especially with how well-done the haunted house competition was by staff. There is now a break in the schedule, with the next episode not taking place until Saturday night (February 2). That means that there could be a lot of additional Celebrity Big Brother spoilers popping up on the live feeds.
