This Celebrity Big Brother recap comes from the January 25 episode. Spoilers include the results of a live eviction that could really shake up the CBB2 cast.

There has been a lot of information on the live feeds that wasn’t revealed during the CBS episodes yet. That was all set to change during Season 2 Episode 4 of Celebrity Big Brother on Friday, January 25. It had been heavily advertised by CBS and host Julie Chen that a live Eviction Ceremony would shock the houseguests. The situation about Anthony Scaramucci, which had been discussed a bit on social media, would also (finally) get addressed.

Previously on Celebrity Big Brother

The episode began in familiar fashion, as the previous three episodes were all recapped by the narrator. Ryan Lochte and Jonathan Bennett won the first challenge, Ryan beat Jonathan in a one-on-one battle to become Head of Household, and Jonathan became the first nominee. Ryan then nominated Tom Green and Anthony Scaramucci, putting three people on the block.

Continuing the recap, Ricky Williams won the Veto Competition. Ricky decided to not use the Power of Veto, keeping the nominations the same. Ryan and Jonathan were also shown making an alliance with Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie. Meanwhile, Tom, Anthony, and Kato Kaelin formed their own alliance. Tamar Braxton and Kandi Burruss also had a blowup.

January 25 Celebrity Big Brother recap

The first twist of the night came after the Veto Ceremony. Ryan read a note to the rest of the cast that stated twists were coming. Later, Anthony Scaramucci was shown on the screen, revealing that he wasn’t a real houseguest. He was already out of the house, knocking the cast down to 11 people. Ryan had to name a replacement nominee, and he went with Kandi Burruss.

Second Power of Veto Competition

With different nominees, a second Veto Competition was provided to allow them all to play for safety. The houseguests had to answer questions about what Mooch had done or said while he was in the game. It now started to make sense why he was saying the things he did in the house, as he was dropping hints while in the game. Kato got the most right, winning the Power of Veto.

Second Veto Meeting for Celebrity Big Brother

Ahead of the Veto Meeting, Lolo Jones spoke to Ryan Lochte about her feelings that he was treating her badly in the game (he was). He denied it to try to get back on the same page with her. This was important, as he had considered using Lolo as a replacement nominee. At the Veto Meeting, Kato saved Tom and then Ryan put Joey Lawrence on the block in his place.

Live Eviction Ceremony and vote

At the first eviction vote of the winter, the three people on the block were Jonathan Bennett, Joey Lawrence, and Kandi Burruss. After the trio gave their speeches, it was time to vote. Dina Lohan voted to evict Kandi, Kato Kaelin voted for Jonathan, Tamar Braxton voted for Jonathan, and it was time for a commercial break.

Ricky Williams, Tom Green, Lolo Jones, and Natalie Eva Marie each also voted for Jonathan. By a 6-1 vote, Jonathan Bennett was evicted from the Big Brother house.
