Celebrity Big Brother 2 cast photos, bios for winter 2019 houseguests

Celebrity Big Brother 2 cast photos and bios are now available for the winter 2019 houseguests. CBS just announced that there are 12 celebrities playing the game this winter.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2 cast photos shared here are the first ones provided for the new season. There will be more photos revealed as the season premiere draws closer, but these are the ones that CBS has shared, so far. With each photo is a brief biography provided by Inside the BB House, covering what that person is considered to be most famous for. Some of the cast members might also be new to viewers.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2 start date

A full schedule of episodes is available here, with the official Celebrity Big Brother 2 start date scheduled for Monday, January 21. It’s also important to keep in mind that the celebrities begin playing the game before the first episode. This is so that the producers can take footage that will get used during the premiere week.

CBS is advertising this season as having a two-night premiere. This means that there is likely to be a lot of pre-taped footage for the Monday and Tuesday night episodes during that first week. It will also serve as a real introduction of the 12 new cast members to the CBS audience. From there, it’s basically a race to the finish line, as the winter 2019 season is going to be a quick one.

Who will become Celebrity Big Brother 2 winner?

It’s not easy to predict who might be the winner of the show. During the first season, it appeared that actress Shannon Elizabeth understood the game best and that being a die-hard fan of the show would be a huge advantage. That’s not what happened, though, as Marissa Jaret Winokur ended up becoming the CBB 2018 winner. A good recap of that season is also available for some reading.

Natalie Eva Marie

Better known as Eva Marie from her days of wrestling at WWE, she has been in the public eye for a number of years. Her experiences also include time with Total Divas, so she knows her way around reality shows. She is also very into working out, so it’s possible that she could be a strong contender in the physical challenges. Eva Marie has a large following on social media and from the world of wrestling, so many viewers will be paying close attention to how she does during the winter 2019 season of the reality competition show. Can she put it all together to emerge as the winner this season? Or will she bring a lot of drama to the live feeds? Maybe both?

Joey Lawrence

It’s possible that Joey Lawrence is the most famous member of the new reality competition cast. The 42-year-old actor was seen for years on Blossom as one of the main characters. He has also appeared in the shows Brotherly Love, Melissa & Joey, and Half & Half. Lawrence has also been in made-for-TV movies, has participated in Dancing With the Stars, and has had his own music career. Lawrence even spent some time on Broadway. He is still very recognizable and has received a lot of positive buzz from Big Brother fans when it was leaked that he was going to appear on the show this winter.

Lolo Jones

Lolo Jones is best known for her time on the U.S. Olympic team. She was first a sprinter in the Summer Olympics but then took her talents to the bobsled track in the Winter Olympics. She is one of the few athletes that have competed in both. Jones is another member of this current Big Brother cast who has appeared on Dancing With the Stars. During her attempt at that show, though, she ended up being the first person eliminated. Can she use her athletic talents to do really well in some of the competitions on this particular reality competition show? Will she speak about some of her athletic controversies?

Tamar Braxton

A singer, songwriter, actress, and media personality, Tamar Braxton is still probably best known as the sister of Toni Braxton. At one point, the five Braxton sisters were part of a singing group called The Braxtons. In recent years, she has been seen on Braxton Family Values, a show about the life of her family. Tamar has also appeared on Dancing With the Stars, as a judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Being Mary Jane. She has also made a name for herself in the music business. Now, appearing on the hits CBS show could shine even more light on her music career.

Ricky Williams

Former NFL running back Ricky Williams has always been an interesting character. The 41-year-old lives in California and has a lot of stories to tell from his football playing days. It goes all the way back to when Mike Ditka traded almost all of his draft picks one year in order to get Ricky Williams on the New Orleans Saints. He also spent time with the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens in the NFL, as well as the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League. Of note, is that Williams has been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder, and avoidance disorder. Could being inside the BB house become rather difficult for him?

Jonathan Bennett

A 37-year-old actor living in California and originally from Ohio, most people probably remember Jonathan Bennett as a cast member from the film Mean Girls. He was the romantic interest of Lindsay Lohan’s character, which might just mean he has met Dina Lohan before. Bennett has moved on to star in films for the Hallmark Channel, so viewers may also recognize him from there. It will be interesting to see how he does in this setting and if Bennett has the ability to become the CBBUS2 winner.

Anthony Scaramucci

The former White House Director of Communications and New York resident is an intriguing addition to the cast. Now known as a financier, the 55-year-old seems to be a cast member that was hinted at in some of the leaked social media information prior to the cast announcements. This seems to follow the route that the show took by having Omarosa in the game last winter. After spending time in the White House of President Donald Trump, she drew a lot of eyes to the live feeds, as subscribers were very interested in hearing what she had to say. Will Anthony Scaramucci be as interesting this winter?

Kato Kaelin

His bio includes things like being an actor and a host, but that’s not really what Kato Kaelin is best known for in his life. That tends to be his relationship with O.J. Simpson. Anyone who was paying close attention to the “Trial of the Century,” likely remembers the name of Kato Kaelin. In 1994, Kato was staying in a guest house on the property of O.J. Simpson. It was there that he became a witness to the trial, but ended up getting called a hostile witness by prosecutor Marcia Clark. He has appeared in small films, reality shows, and game shows over the years, and is the oldest member of this cast at 59.

Dina Lohan

The 56-year-old is a veteran of reality television shows. Oh, and she is also the mother of actress Lindsay Lohan. She has called herself a momager in the past, which included representing both of her daughters during their entertainment careers. Lohan has starred in her own reality show, called Living Lohan, so she has a lot of experience in this genre. Now, the mother-of-four will try to outplay 11 other celebrities to win the $250,000. Does she have what it takes to succeed in both the social and physical aspects of this show?

Tom Green

Canadian comedian Tom Green could bring his own brand of humor inside the BB house. The 47-year-old joke maker is best known for his original comedy act. He has also appeared in a number of movies and television shows over the years. That includes film roles in Road Trip, Charlie’s Angels, and Stealing Havard. Green has also appeared as himself on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Tom Green Live, and Hell’s Kitchen. Will the rest of the celebrity cast enjoy having him on the show this year? Or could he become annoying and quickly voted off the show?

Ryan Lochte

Olympic swimming is what athlete Ryan Lochte is best known for, over the years. It will be interesting to see if he finds a way to team up with Lolo Jones, who appeared int he same Summer Olympics that he did. During his time on the U.S. Olympic team, he won 12 medals, which included six gold medals. Lochte still holds a number of world records in swimming, but that has been overshadowed by controversy in recent years. He was involved in a scandal during the Brazil Olympics when he stated that he and several other swimmers were robbed at gunpoint. Could he speak about that and his suspension from U.S. swimming while in the house?

Kandi Burruss

Kandi Burruss is a 42-year-old singer and television personality from Atlanta, Georgia. She was a member of the music group Xscape before going on to do her own solo work in the music industry. Since 2009, Burruss has been involved in reality television, first taking part in The Real Housewives of Atlanta and then moving on to The Kandi Factory, Kandi’s Wedding, and Kandi’s Ski Trip. Now, she will take a spin on one of the CBS reality competition shows. Stay tuned, because she could also be bringing a lot of drama with her, as she won’t take kindly to being conspired against.
