Big Brother 21 cast: Show casting director hints at 2019 season

Big Brother 21 cast construction is going to take place soon. The BB21 casting director just posted about it on Twitter, creating a lot of early buzz for next summer.

The Big Brother 21 cast is looking for members. Late Sunday night (December 30), casting director Robyn Kass put up a tantalizing post on social media. Her Twitter post has already created a lot of online buzz for the show, with a lot of it focused on who viewers feel should be inside the BB house next summer. It also serves as a reminder that CBS is ready to roll out the 2019 summer season, despite some worries about the show getting canceled.

In her post, Kass notes that “2019 is around the corner! You know what that means…. #BB21 and #LoveIslandUS will be starting casting soon.[sic]” She used two more hashtags, telling her social media followers to stay tuned and have a happy new year.

Having only been posted for two hours on a Sunday night, the Twitter post by Robyn Kass already had 374 likes, 26 retweets, and 23 comments. A lot of excitement and questions were peppering the BB21 casting director on her page. It definitely sets the stage for die-hard fans to show why they feel they deserve a shot to play for the $500,000 prize during the next non-celebrity season.

There is still time to apply for BB21 cast

There is a specific site set up by CBS and the producers for Big Brother, where potential houseguests can fill out an application. The Big Brother casting page is still calling for people to apply to play during summer 2019. The page also goes over the eligibility requirements for someone to play the game or to be considered one of the future houseguests. The application is pretty extensive, so plan ahead if you want to spend some time filling one out.

A previous article from Inside the BB House projected when the Big Brother 21 season premiere is likely to take place. That date is likely to be Wednesday, June 26, which would allow CBS to have a two-night premiere. It’s just a guess, based on when past seasons of the show have begun, but it makes sense for the way producers work out the schedule.
