Big Brother 18 cast: Nicole Franzel, Corey Brooks relationship look

The Big Brother 18 cast included quite a few showmances, including one between winner Nicole Franzel and Corey Brooks. The relationship didn’t survive on the outside of the house.

The Nicole and Corey Big Brother relationship began during the summer 2016 season of the show. Nicole Franzel was a returning houseguest, getting a second chance to compete for the $500,000. Corey Brooks was a new houseguest, who immediately seemed to have eyes for Nicole. The pair formed a strong social duo and it was also a notable showmance during a summer that included a number of relationships taking place during Big Brother 18.

Nicole Franzel was originally on Big Brother 16, which is the season that Derrick Levasseur won the show. She finished in seventh place but was brought back with Da’Vonne Rogers, James Huling, and Frank Eudy to be part of the Big Brother 18 cast. It turned out very well for Nicole, as she beat out Paul Abrahamian in the jury vote, winning the huge cash prize.

Corey Brooks was getting his first shot at competing in the game. He called himself a baseball coach from Dallas in his interviews, and the 25-year-old quickly seemed to have an attraction to Nicole.

Corey was a part of a number of alliances during the season, including the infamous 8-Pack alliance from early in the season. He was Head of Household twice and won the Power of Veto Competition three times to prolong his stay. Corey finished in fourth place after Paul Abrahamian won HOH and nominated him and Nicole for eviction.

Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo

Outside of the house, it appeared that Nicole and Corey didn’t really try to keep the romance going. Later, Nicole would begin dating Victor Arroyo, who was also a member of the Big Brother 18 cast. During the Big Brother 20 season, Victor proposed to Nicole while they were inside the BB house. She said yes and there is a video available for viewing.

Corey Brooks and Morgan Willett

Corey would later date Morgan Willett, who was the winner of Big Brother: Over the Top. This relationship was addressed during Ex on the Beach, but it wasn’t the only celebrity relationship Corey was rumored to be involved in. He was also linked to Tia Booth, who starred on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise.

The Big Brother 18 cast has sure found a way to stay in the public eye since the show ended. That hasn’t been limited to just Nicole Franzel and Corey Brooks. Paulie Calafiore is reportedly involved in a love triangle, Natalie Negrotti has been on two seasons of The Challenge, and Paul Abrahamian returned for another season of the show before jumping back into his music career.
