Big Brother 20 houseguest Winston Hines might not be going into the season searching for a showmance. That likely won’t stop him from entering one!

Every season of Big Brother, there’s always that one houseguest who heads into the season insistent that they won’t enter a showmance. Inevitably, they fall head over heels for a fellow houseguest. This season, that houseguest is, without a doubt, Kentucky native Winston Hines. His southern charm is sure to turn heads and lead him on the path to being one half of a showmance this season.

Self-described as “active, ambitious and passionate” in his Big Brother bio, Hines is a medical sales rep who loves his dog. He also enjoys the great outdoors and a good movie. A former high-school football star who makes time for volunteer work, he often gets mistaken for the likes of Justin Timberlake and Ryan Reynolds. Basically, this guy’s bio reads more like a dating profile than that of a houseguest. That conflicts with his goal of entering the house with the sole purpose of winning the $500,000.

Big Brother Pretender or Legitimate Contender?

Reading through Hines’ bio, it’s definitely easy to question whether he’s just another charming contestant the Big Brother producers stumbled upon during a casting call. Is he a true fan? Unlike other contestant bios, Hines’ bio seems to focus primarily on his personal interests and accomplishments. The only bit of strategy discussed is his desire to play the long game rather than dividing the house early.

The fact that the only the houseguests he refers to happen to have competed last summer as part of Season 19’s cast, only further supports arguments that Hines might be a legitimate contender heading into the season. Hines is sure to win over his fellow houseguests with his charm and likeability. That’s enough to help him make it to at least the halfway point of the competition. It seems more likely that he’ll leave the house with a showmance rather than the $500,000.
