Big Brother 20 premieres on June 27. That’s not when the game officially begins. Before CBS even airs the first episode, the houseguests are playing the game for the production cameras.

Big Brother 20 cast introductions have been made and they are likely already inside the BB20 house. Each summer, the new houseguests enter the game several days before the CBS season premiere. This is done so that production can begin taping footage for the first few episodes.

The potential also exists for Big Brother 20 spoilers, as there are a lot of eyes within the production team. In the past, information about early evictions has leaked on social media. Could the first member of the BB20 cast get sent home before the first episode on CBS (again)? It’s certainly possible.

Is the BB20 house full of contestants?

It is extremely likely that the Big Brother 20 cast is already playing the game. While no official confirmation will come from CBS until early next week, the information on social media indicates the season has begun. Entertainment Weekly already stated this season is 99 days long and fan site Hamsterwatch just posted information as well. If their schedule is correct, Day 1 of the summer 2018 season was on June 20.

No veterans in Big Brother 20 cast?

There continue to be rumors on social media about veterans possibly joining the new 16 houseguests. Hamsterwatch reported that no veterans moved in on Day 1. That’s something which could certainly change, but at last notice, there are no returning houseguests playing the game.

Previous Big Brother 20 rumors had stated that returning houseguests could join the BB20 cast during the season premiere episode. The rumors indicated that former competitors could be in the audience and that four of them would join the summer 2018 season to give the cast 20 houseguests. None of that information has been confirmed by CBS, but it has certainly been a hot topic of debate on social media.
